Our Services

Objective medical evaluations for claims, appeals, and legal matters.

We provide objective, evidence-based medical evaluations for insurance claims, Social Security disability cases, veterans disability claims, legal matters, and medical appeals. Our work is built around clinical examination, records review, diagnostic support when appropriate, and clear written reporting.

Evaluation Services

Medical evaluations and written opinions.

IME

Independent Medical Evaluations, IMEs

We offer independent medical evaluations for workers’ compensation, benefit disputes, and other matters that require a neutral, non-treating assessment. In Georgia, an IME is separate from treatment, and the examination may include physical, psychiatric, or psychological evaluation, along with reasonable and necessary testing ordered by the examining physician.

Claims

Insurance Claim Evaluations

We provide medical evaluations for health insurance, disability insurance, and other insurance-related matters where an objective clinical opinion is needed. Services may include review of diagnoses, prognosis, treatment history, medical necessity, current functional status, and the need for additional testing or specialty care.

SSA

SSI and SSDI Disability Evaluations

We provide consultative-style disability evaluations for adults and children seeking SSI or SSDI benefits. These evaluations may include medical history, physical or mental status examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and a clear statement of functional limitations.

Function

Functional Assessments for Disability Claims

For disability and benefits cases, our reports can address work-related limitations such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, concentration, persistence, pace, communication, sensory limitations, and environmental restrictions.

VA

Veterans Disability Evaluations

We provide veterans disability evaluations supported by medical records review, condition-specific examinations, and written medical opinions where appropriate.

DBQ

DBQ Completion and Private Medical Evidence for VA Claims

We help veterans present organized, condition-specific medical evidence for new claims, increased-rating claims, secondary-service-connection claims, and supplemental claims.

Legal

Legal and Litigation Support Evaluations

We provide objective medical evaluations for attorneys, insurers, and individuals who need clear clinical findings for a legal matter.

Behavioral

Psychiatric and Psychological Evaluations

We provide psychiatric and psychological evaluations when a case involves mental health symptoms, functional impairment, competency-related concerns, or disputed behavioral health issues.

Appeals

Medical Appeals and External Review Support

We prepare medical documentation and clinical opinions for internal appeals, external reviews, and other adverse determination challenges.

Review

Medical Necessity Reviews and Second Opinions

We offer second opinions and medical necessity evaluations for denied care, disputed treatment plans, surgery review, hospital admission review, continued stay review, discharge planning, and retrospective review.

Records

Record Review and Written Medical Opinions

Services may include comprehensive records review, timeline analysis, diagnosis clarification, causation analysis, prognosis, impairment discussion, and written medical opinions addressing the issues raised by a claim or appeal.

Testing

Diagnostic and Specialty Testing Coordination

When clinically appropriate and within scope, evaluations may include or recommend laboratory testing, imaging, specialty testing, and referrals needed to clarify diagnosis or severity.
